My research explores guitar technique, improvisation, and harmonic language in contemporary jazz performance through practice-based artistic inquiry. By integrating composition, performance, and technical experimentation, I investigate how instrumental technique can expand improvisational vocabulary and expressive potential.

A central focus of my work is the development of new technical approaches to the guitar that enable greater fluency in navigating complex harmonic and intervallic structures. Through original exercises, compositions, and documented performances, my research examines how technical innovation can shape melodic contour, improvisational interaction, and creative musical expression.

This work combines analytical research with practice-based experimentation, positioning performance and composition as core methods of inquiry. Other areas of great interest ro me are
